How can I get a refund for my hotel booking?

  • Credit/debit card payment: funds may take up to 15 days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank billing cycle, subject to any refund delays by the supplier.
  • Cryptocurrency payments: USDC will be sent to same wallet the transaction was made within 14 days of the cancellation being made, subject to any refund delays by the supplier.

When will I get my refund?

  • Credit/ debit card payment: The refund will be sent to the card that you used to pay for the booking.
  • Cryptocurrency payments: the refund will be made in USDC and will be sent to the same wallet the transaction was made.

How can I obtain a payment receipt or invoice?

To request a copy of your payment receipt or invoice, please contact our Support Team via customersupport@travelswap.xyz. In upcoming releases, we plan on simplifying this process by making the following available for immediate download via My Bookings: e-Voucher, e-Invoice, and e-Receipt.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can. However, you may need to pay a cancellation fee that is determined by each property as noted in the accommodation provider’s cancellation policy and/or terms and conditions.
